Turbocharger refurbish and re-build All components are cleaned using our Ultrasonic Cleaning tanks including the VNT nozzle assembly. Housings are baked and coated for appearance. All new pre-balanced core assemblies are used in the refurbished Turbos.
Turbocharger flow testing All refurbished Turbochargers are fully tested and correctly adjusted using the Bench Flow 2000 from TurboSynthesis, included is a print out of the flow results.
